Sleep Health

Poor sleep isn't something you have to live with — and it isn't always what it seems. The same tired mornings can come from insomnia, an untreated breathing problem, a restless nervous system, or an internal clock that's simply out of sync.

Finding the real cause is what sleep medicine is for.

Led by Dr. Sanket Meghpara, board-certified in both Internal Medicine and Sleep Medicine, our sleep program looks past the symptom to what's actually keeping you from resting well. Whatever it is, you'll get a clear diagnosis and a plan built

around your life — not a one-size prescription.

What we provide:

Insomnia & CBT-I

Trouble falling asleep, staying asleep, or waking too early?

Our first-line approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia

(CBT-I), the evidence-based treatment that addresses the root causes without relying on sleeping pills.
